We are seeking a
Senior Water Resources Engineer to join our clients well-established consulting engineering team in Mississauga.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage water resources projects from start to finish
- Oversee hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and modelling
- Lead design of hydraulic structures and water systems
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications
- Develop proposals, bids, and presentations
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and delivery
- Maintain and grow client relationships
- Support business development with new and existing clients
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior and intermediate staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams
About You - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Water Resources focus preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of water resources engineering experience
- Strong consulting engineering background
- Proven project and team management experience
- Strong hydrologic and hydraulic modelling skills
- Experience with industry-standard modelling software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is an asset)
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer in Ontario (and/or other Canadian provinces)
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
