Job Description

I am seeking a Site Manager on behalf of a highly reputable Main Contractor for a project in North Dublin.

€90,000 - €100,000 package on offer.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for complete day to day operations of the site, including the coordination and supervision of on-site personnel and sub-contractors. You will have sole responsibility for the resolution of any day to day issues arising on site during the duration of the project.

• Supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project on time and within budget, whilst maintaining high safety, environmental and quality standards
• Liaising with Project Manager, site personnel, commercial team, and other relevant personnel
• Managing sub-contractors, engineering and operational staff and personnel on site
• Inspect works in progress/completed work to make sure complies with project specifications
• Handle onsite incidents and matters in a proactive manner
• Managing and implementing of the Safety Management System

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• Trade Qualifications (Carpentry), or Construction related qualification 
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office Package
• Extensive experience in management of sub-contractors.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage personnel.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience work at Foreman/Site Manager level
