We’re working with a well-established, fast-growing construction company with a strong presence across Queensland and Victoria, operating from five offices across the states. Known for delivering high-quality design and construct projects, they’ve built a strong reputation in the commercial, education, and industrial sectors.
With a growing pipeline of secured work, the business is now seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on projects ranging from $3 million to $30 million AUD. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, high-performing team where you're trusted to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest standard
  • Enforce WHS regulations and lead a strong safety culture onsite
  • Maintain clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants
  • Conduct site meetings and manage short-term programming
  • Ensure all works meet design, compliance, and contractual requirements
Why This Role Stands Out:
  • Vehicle & Fuel Card – Company vehicle provided or car allowance available
  • Autonomy & Ownership – Take full control of site delivery with strong head office support
  • Solid Pipeline – Work on secured, high-quality D&C projects with repeat clients
  • Team Culture – Be part of a company where your contribution is valued and recognised
  • Growth Opportunities – Progress your career in a business that’s actively expanding
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering D&C or new build projects
  • Background in commercial, education, or industrial construction
  • Strong understanding of construction programming, quality, and safety standards
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and drive high-quality delivery
  • Willingness to work across regional and metro sites as needed
Why Apply? This is your chance to join a builder that’s growing for the right reasons—with a genuine commitment to its people, a strong community focus, and a reputation for delivering quality projects. If you’re looking for a role where you can lead with confidence and be backed by a great team, we’d love to hear from you.
