Job Description

A well-established commercial structures contractor is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join their growing team delivering multi-level commercial projects.

This opportunity would suit a hands-on foreman with strong experience managing full structure packages across commercial construction projects including concrete, precast, reinforcement, PT, formwork and associated subcontractors.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring structure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project timeframes and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate all structure-related works and subcontractors onsite
• Manage daily site operations across concrete, reinforcement, formwork, PT and precast packages
• Oversee crane coordination, deliveries and logistics
• Monitor labour requirements and provide workforce forecasts
• Manage deck levels, stripping activities and sequencing of works
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project programs and milestones

• Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks and safety walks
• Maintain site records, SWMS, HSEQ documentation and safety compliance
• Work closely with leading hands, subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Assist with constructability reviews and identifying potential site issues early

Requirements
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Structures Foreman delivering multi-level commercial projects
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methodologies and sequencing
• Proven ability in managing subcontractors, labour and logistics onsite
• Experience using Hammertech, Bluebeam, Aconex or similar platforms
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Formwork background highly regarded
• Strong focus on safety, quality and programme delivery
