About the role:
SSA are recruiting for an Interior Designer to be based in Dubai. The role will afford the opportunity to work across a range of residential, conservation and interior projects and be involved at all stages from start to completion. About the client:
Having been in operation for over 20 years, our client are an industry leading Design practice who have been involved in many award winning projects across multiple types of developments. Our client work across a range of developments including: Residential, Commercial, Retail & F&g.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the Director and client to develop the design.
- Coordinating with the design and technical team to optimise stakeholder communications.
- support on the delivery of interior design package on multiple projects – with hands on involvement in generating interior design concepts and carrying through with all stages of design up to construction documents; providing design technical support to construction supervision teams.
- ensure that the interior design of projects progresses in alignment with the project objectives and meets or exceed the time, cost and quality expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Relevant 3rd level degree in Interior Design or Architecture .
- A minimum of 10 years post graduate experience experience.
- Previous experience within the Retail or commercial or residential sector
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit beneficial.
- Must have experience in a European Design Studio previously
