Experienced Contracts Manager required on a permanent basis to work with a roofing & cladding contractor based in the Midlands and operating nationwide.
About the Client: SSA Ltd are recruiting for a roofing & cladding contractor that complete refurb and new build projects across the UK with project values of up to £1.5 million. Now hiring an additional Contracts Manager with an increase in work.
About the Role: As the Contracts Manager you will reporting directly to the Managing Director.
- Responsible for all own projects from start to finish
- Overseeing 3-4 projects at any time, predominately refurbishment with a small amount of new build works
- Managing RAMS, procurement, programming, client contact, labour and more
- Building strong relationships and supporting all on site staff
- Managing site safety checks and site quality control procedures
About the Requirements:
- Driving license essential
- Minimum of 3 years experience at Contract Management level
- Roofing & Cladding refurbishment experience essential
- Sub-contract experience essential
- CSCS, SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness
- Salary – £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
- Car or Car allowance
- Pence per mile fuel cover
