Document Controller required on a permanent basis to assist in document management within the design team in their Southampton based office.

About the Client:

SSA Ltd are recruiting for a Facades contractor that design, supply and install on exterior works across the South of the UK. Due to continued growth they now have an opportunity for a Document Controller.

About the Role:

As the Document Controller you will be responsible for the following –

  • Ensuring all project/design documentation is up to date and easily accessible by all senior members of project/design staff
  • Being the person responsible for keeping various trackers up to date
  • Compiling handover and health & safety documents
  • Managing all documentation within a design capacity creating simple and effective process for the Design Manager

About the Requirements:

  • Essentially must have experience with either – 4 Projects / Asite or Trimble
  • A minimum of 1 years working experience within a Document Control position
  • Must have good communication and IT Skills
  • Preferably the chosen candidate will be available for an immediate start but this is not essential
