About the role:
I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable Main Contractor who are seeking an experienced QS to join their project team in Kilkenny. The position is based on a new €20m project which is commencing in the coming weeks and will run for min. 12 months.
Based on site, you will have responsibility for all commercial aspects of the project working closely with the senior management team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, duties will include but not be limited to; financial reporting, budget forecasting, risk management, materials procurement and client liaison.

Position requirements:
You will ideally possess a degree qualification with min. 8-10 years’ experience and can operate comfortably at Lead / Senior QS level. You will have worked for a Main Contractor with knowledge of public works contracts.
