Project Manager to lead project delivery and ensure successful execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from tender through to close-out, for multiple earthworks and civil infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee subcontractor management, procurement, and cost control processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, progress, and safety standards are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues that could impact timelines or budget.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
What We’re Looking For: - Minimum 5+ years of experience managing civil construction or earthworks projects in Western Canada.
- Strong technical knowledge of mass excavation, grading, utility installation, and site development.
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proficient with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local project sites as required.
