Associate / Team Leader – Structural Engineering | Sydney
  
A leading specialist structural engineering consultancy is looking for an experienced Associate / Team Leader to join its Sydney team.
  
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong structural engineer looking to take the next step into leadership, while working on high-end residential projects and a diverse range of architectural and technically challenging work.
  
The Role:

• Lead and deliver high-end residential structural projects
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers
• Manage client relationships and project delivery
• Work closely with architects, builders and other consultants
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Sydney team

About You:

• Degree qualified Structural Engineer
• Strong technical design and project delivery experience
• Experience in high-end residential is highly desirable
• Alternatively, strong experience across heritage, public buildings, landscaping/public domain or event spaces will be considered
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience
• Chartered status is highly regarded

Salary

• Team Leader: $140K–$150K + super
• Associate: $155K–$165K + super
