Senior Tekla Drafter | Sydney
  
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Tekla Drafter to join a highly regarded structural engineering consultancy in Sydney.
  
This role would suit a senior-level drafter with 8+ years’ structural drafting experience in Australia who is highly proficient in Tekla Structures and looking to work on technically challenging, high-profile projects. Someone who is a self-starter and very autonomous and riven in nature.
  
About the Role:

• Produce detailed structural models and drawings using Tekla Structures
• Work across a diverse range of commercial, residential and major structural projects
• Collaborate closely with structural engineers and project teams
• Review and coordinate structural documentation
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior drafters
• Ensure projects are delivered accurately and to a high standard

About You:

• 8+ years’ structural drafting experience in Australia
• Advanced proficiency in Tekla Structures
• Strong experience with structural steel and/or concrete detailing
• Excellent understanding of structural construction and detailing principles
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
