SSA Group are seeking a BIM Technician/Coordinator on behalf of a Specialist Contractor in Dublin.
€50k - €60k + package on offer, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM processes across project lifecycle, ensuring standards and delivery goals are met
- Develop and maintain coordinated 3D models (architectural, structural, MEP)
- Run clash detection and resolve design conflicts with project teams
- Facilitate coordination meetings to align all disciplines
- Produce and manage BIM documentation (BEPs, as-builts, model records)
- Train and support team members on BIM tools and workflows
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance of all BIM deliverables
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Strong experience with BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)
- Solid understanding of construction and design principles
- Proven BIM coordination experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
