My Client are a highly regarded M&E Design Consultancy who are seeking a CAD Technician to undertake design work and technical project co-ordination in their Dublin office.

The successful CAD Technician will be a part of a busy team providing Design, Project Management and Construction Supervision of building projects across a range of commercial, healthcare, residential, industrial projects and more.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Develop 2D and 3D building services layouts, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong working knowledge of both Revit and BIM.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under direction
• Comfortable working across multiple projects
• Experience producing coordinated MEP models for commercial, healthcare, residential, or educational developments desirable.

Education & Experience:

• Relevant Qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
