About the Client

The successful candidate will supervise daily electrical installation activities, maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship, productivity and programme compliance.
This position will work closely with project leadership, commercial, design, planning and supply-chain stakeholders, providing clear ownership of the role's key deliverables and helping the wider team achieve programme, quality, safety and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily electrical installation activities and allocate labour effectively.
• Ensure works are completed safely and in line with drawings, specifications and approved RAMS.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship and progress against short-term targets.
• Coordinate materials, access, permits and interfaces with other trades.
• Carry out inspections, complete quality records and manage defects or snagging.
• Deliver task briefings and toolbox talks and reinforce site standards.
• Report progress, constraints and resource requirements to site management.
• Support testing, commissioning and system handover.
Candidate Profile
• Proven supervisory experience within electrical installation or maintenance environments.
• Strong practical knowledge, with the ability to read drawings and coordinate daily work.
• Good understanding of health and safety, quality inspections and productivity control.
• Relevant trade qualification and supervisory certification preferred.
Requirements & Experience
• Good understanding of construction health and safety, quality assurance and project controls.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to travel to and work from the London location as required.
