Graduate / Field Surveyor | Brisbane | Cadastral Surveying
  
Are you looking to kick-start or continue your surveying career with a respected Queensland surveying consultancy? This role is perfect if you have been a Surveying Technician for a few years and are looking to take the next step.
  
We're seeking a Graduate / Field Surveyor to join a growing team delivering a range of cadastral, detail and engineering surveying projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive ongoing mentoring and work towards further professional development.

The Role:
As a Graduate / Field Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with cadastral, detail and engineering surveys under the guidance of experienced surveyors.
• Leading field crews safely, professionally and efficiently when required.
• Operating GPS and Total Station survey equipment.
• Processing field data and preparing information for survey plans.
• Maintaining accurate field and office records in accordance with the Surveyors Act and company procedures.
• Ensuring survey equipment is calibrated and maintained to industry standards.
• Respecting private and public property while representing the company professionally on site.

About You:
To be successful, you'll have:

• A relevant University Degree in Surveying.
• Registration (or eligibility) as a Surveying Associate, Graduate Surveyor or Surveyor under the Surveyors Act 2003.
• Experience using GPS and Total Station equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A willingness to learn and develop your technical surveying skills.
• A current Queensland Class C Driver's Licence.
