Working Foreman – Civil Construction | Vancouver 
Looking for a hands-on Foreman who leads from the front.
 
We’re working with a well-established civil contractor in the Lower Mainland that’s busy and growing, with a strong pipeline of work across utilities, roadworks, and site servicing projects.

This is a working Foreman role, you’ll be on the tools when needed, running your crew, and driving productivity on site.
 
The Role:
  • Lead and manage a small crew on civil projects
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations (utilities, excavation, servicing)
  • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to spec
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics
  • Jump on machines when required (excavator experience highly valued)
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Foreman in civil construction
  • Strong background in underground utilities and earthworks
  • Confident running crews and making decisions on site
  • Hands-on operator (excavator/loader ideal)
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, no-nonsense environment
