Position Overview: As a Foreman, you will oversee and coordinate residential excavation projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of skilled workers, manage daily operations on site, and maintain a productive and safe work environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations on residential excavation sites
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and to the highest quality standards
• Lead and manage a team of skilled workers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address any issues or challenges
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and timesheets
• Operate and maintain excavation equipment and machinery
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Foreman or supervisory role in the excavation or construction industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of residential excavation techniques and equipment
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
