SSA is recruiting an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor on behalf of an established main building contractor for a position based in Monaghan.
About the role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join an experienced commercial team and take responsibility for the commercial management of construction projects.
You will be involved across subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations, cost reporting, measurement and final accounts, working closely with the wider commercial and project teams.

- BSc / MSc degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- Previous main contractor experience is desirable
- Experience with valuations, variations, subcontractor procurement and cost reporting
- Strong commercial and communication skills
- Valid working rights within Ireland / Europe
