Job Description

The Company:
A mechanical services contractor specialising in the design, installation, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and building services across data centre, commercial, industrial, and residential projects across Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe.

About the role: 
The Mechanical Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of all mechanical works on site, ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, suppliers, and client representatives.

Requirements:
-Minimum 5+ years' experience in mechanical installation or site management role
-Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical building services
-Proven experience delivering mechanical systems on large commercial, industrial, or data centre project
-Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical document - Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
-Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
-Must hold an EU passport of full German working rights 

Qualifications:
-Degree or trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline
-Valid safety certifications (e.g., Safe Pass, Manual Handling, CSCS, or local equivalents)
- Additional project management or supervisory training is an advantage
