Preconstruction Engineer - Civil Engineering
SSA are currently recruiting for a respected regional civil engineering contractor who are looking to bring in a Preconstruction Engineer to their team working across their portfolio of civil infrastructure, highways, rail and build projects across the Yorkshire and North-East regions. 
The role will involve: 

• Supporting the development and delivery of multi-disciplined civil engineering projects
• Working with designers, planners, construction and commercial teams to ensure project buildability
• Look after technical submissions, drawings, and documentation to ensure full compliance and quality assurance
• Making sure all design and pre-construction documentation is in place, checked, and approved prior to delivery
• Stakeholder management, close liaison with clients, local authorities, and third-party asset owners
• Identification of risks and constraints, and providing practical solutions to mitigate potential upcoming issues
• Support programme development with realistic sequencing and construction methodologies

Essential: 

• - Site-based Civil Engineering experience
• - Higher level qualification in Civil Engineering
