Job Description

Role Overview:
Responsible for ensuring construction works meet project specifications, quality standards, drawings, and regulatory requirements. This is a long term opportunity with a well established Main Contractor in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement QA/QC procedures and inspection plans.
• Inspect construction works and materials for compliance.
• Review drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate inspections and testing with subcontractors and consultants.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
• Identify and manage defects, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
• Liaise with the project team, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Support project handover and completion documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Previous QA/QC experience with a main contractor.
• Good knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and inspection procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
