Our client is an established Main Contractor with a strong pipeline of projects in Ireland and across Europe.

They are now looking for a Site Engineer to join their team on a major project in Belgium.

About the role:

• €55,000 - €65,000 DOE

Duties include:

• Carry out setting out, levelling and site surveys.
• Check drawings, dimensions and quality of works.
• Inspect reinforcement and shuttering before concrete pours.
• Carry out concrete testing and maintain quality records.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
• Maintain site diaries and project documentation.
• Work closely with the Site and Project Management teams.
• Ensure works meet health & safety and quality requirements.

Position Requirements:

• Relevant Engineering qualification.
• 2-3 years’ experience with a building contractor.
• Good setting out and surveying experience.
• Strong IT and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings and site procedures.
• Ability to work well as part of a site team.
