Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Drylining
Location: Hampshire
Salary: Competitive + Package (DOE)
The Company
Our client is an established drylining and interior fit-out contractor with a strong pipeline of work across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in the South of England. Due to continued growth, they're looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced QS based out of their Hampshire office.
The Role

• Manage the commercial function on drylining packages from pre-let through to final account
• Prepare and submit interim valuations, applications for payment, and cost/value reconciliations
• Procure and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Measure and price variations, and manage the change control process
• Attend site and client meetings, building strong working relationships with main contractors
• Support the commercial manager/director with reporting on live projects
• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and cost plans where required

About You

• Proven QS experience within drylining, dry lining, SFS, or interior fit-out packages
• Strong understanding of subcontract procurement and JCT/NEC forms of contract
• Confident managing final accounts and commercial risk on multiple live projects
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence, own transport (site travel across Hampshire and surrounding counties)
• Relevant industry qualification desirable (HNC/HND/Degree in QS or similar)
