We’re partnered with a well-established Vancouver-based General Contractor with a growing portfolio of building envelope rehabilitation, restoration, and renewal projects across the Lower Mainland.
The team is looking to add an Estimator with experience pricing remediation, waterproofing, concrete restoration, roofing, and building envelope scopes across residential, institutional, and commercial projects.
Ideal candidates will come from a restoration contractor, envelope specialist, roofing/waterproofing contractor, or GC environment with strong pre-construction and tendering experience.
Salary: $100K–$130K base
