Job Description

I am seeking a Contracts Manager on behalf of a Specialist Sub-Contractor. You must have experience working at Contracts Manager level in either Ireland or the UK, and have a proven record in successfully delivering large-scale projects. Salary + package will depend upon experience but the company in question are more than competitive in relation to same. 

About the opportunity:

This position has opened up due to current and future workload which the company has in the pipeline in Ireland. Having recently picked up a sizeable job in the Dublin region, they are looking for a CM to join their team and take charge of the project and help grow the company's presence in the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable company.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• Experience working at CM level in Ireland or the UK.
• Experience managing large-scale projects 
• Degree qualified in Construction or Civil Engineering
• Highly motivated with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Excellent people management and communication skills
