I am seeking an experienced CSA Lead on behalf of a leading Main Contractor for a major Data Centre project based in Sweden. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing project team and take a key role in the successful delivery of the CSA package from design through to completion.

About the role:

• Salary: €95,000 - €105,000 & Relocation Package.
• Major Data Centre Project.
• Full-time permanent position.

Your main duties will include:

• Leading the CSA package from design through to project completion.
• Managing and coordinating CSA activities across the project.
• Working closely with the client, design team and wider project team.
• Monitoring progress, quality, costs and resources.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
• Coordinating CSA interfaces with MEP and commissioning teams.
• Supporting programme planning and resolving issues before they impact delivery.
• Maintaining strong communication and reporting across the project.
• Driving the successful delivery of the CSA scope from start to finish.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• Previous experience as a CSA Lead, CSA Manager or similar senior role.
• Strong experience delivering large-scale Data Centre or industrial projects.
• Degree in Construction, Civil, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of CSA construction methods, sequencing and coordination.
• Previous experience working for a Main Contractor.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A proactive approach with a strong focus on safety, quality and delivery.
