SSA is recruiting a Graduate Quantity Surveyor on behalf of an established M&E contractor for a position based in Northern Ireland.
About the role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor looking to begin their career within the M&E sector and gain hands-on commercial experience.
You will work alongside an experienced commercial team and gain exposure to measurement, procurement, valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts across a range of mechanical and electrical projects.

- BSc / MSc degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Graduate or up to 1 year of Quantity Surveying experience
- Interest in M&E / Building Services
- Strong numerical and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Previous placement experience beneficial but not essential
- Valid working rights within the UK
