- Implement management systems. You need to be flexible in adopting their safety processors and procedures.
- Manage HSEQ incident response and investigations across the company
- Proactively build strong client relationships that position the company for repeat work.
- Manage & train HSQ Co-ordinator in all their responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Quality & Environmental Management System to ensure there is minimal rework.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external HSEQ management systems audits
- Maintain HSE management system accreditation, and ensure they are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the relevant standards
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in WHS (Diploma required)
- 10-15 yeare experience in HSEQ
- Have a sound understanding of relevant legislation, EBA’s and Awards
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong leadership and man management skills
- A successful track record working for major contractors on large infrastructure projects
