My client is a multi-disciplined builder that specialises in a range of Commercial projects. Moving into the end of the year they have a number of new projects they require assistance with. 

The Role

You will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Manage & organise subcontractors and ensure all works being carried out are to the highest quality & safety standards
  • Provide the Project Manager with regular updates regarding programming and progress on site
  • Attend site meetings & liaise with the Project Manager & Contract Administrator in regard to programming & cost control
  • In combination with the Project Manager, you will be required to deal directly with the client/client-side PM, architect and other consultants
  • Oversee on-site safety requirements


  • Trade qualified background ideally
  • Track record of delivering Commercial/Fitout & Refurb projects
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Sound knowledge of OH&S practices
  • Ideally proficient using Hammertech
