Pacific North West based Real Estate Developer & Builder seeking to add a Project Managers to their growing team in the Seattle Area for a large-scale development of 8 mixed-use residential buildings in Everett, WA. This project has lies on more than 70 acres of land with over 150,000sq ft of commercial space and will run for the next 7-8 years. This is a landmark project in the local area and a great opportunity to get in with a full-service developer who specialises in mixed-use developments throughout the Pacific North West.
The role of the Project Manager is to successfully manage and oversee the execution of the assigned project – The PM will ensure that each project is completed on time, on budget and in accordance of all design and contract documents. You will manage schedules, subcontractors, vendors, contracts, safety policies, provide value engineering and quality control. The PM will report directly to the Director of Construction and work with the Superintendent ensuring the success of each project.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 7 years construction experience required; must have worked as a Project Manager on mixed-use residential projects.
- BSc in Construction Management or similar construction related degree or equivalent years of hands-on experience.
- Strong communication, leadership and relationship building experience working with consultants, architects, engineers and other parties for overall project success.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors where required.
- Experience with estimating, budget tracking and updates, scheduling, progress reports and value engineering as needed.
- Thorough understanding of construction materials, practices, procedures and building codes.
- Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to meet project deadlines.
- Problem solver who can manage challenging situations effectively.
- Team player who can provide both leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Preference for candidates with Procore Certification (not required)
- Experience with MS Project is a plus.
- Candidates must have local experience and be eligible to work in the United States.
