Our client is an award-winning third generation architectural practice that are involved in multiple developments across a wide range of areas including Residential, Educational, Industrial, and Commercial projects. Positioning requirements:
- Qualified with a degree in Architectural Technology or a similar course.
- 3+ Years post graduate experience.
- RIAI, CIAT or other similar professional body registration is an advantage.
- Experience in the preparation of statutory consent applications, detail design, tender and construction drawings, and documentation.
- Proficiency in co-ordinating design team information.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Irish Planning, Building Regulations, Building control and Irish Health and safety legislation.
- Site experience an advantage.
