SSA is looking for a Junior Health and Safety Officer to work on-site in Dublin on behalf of the Main Contractor. This is a full-time job.

Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing on-site Health and Safety induction programmes for new employees or subcontractors.
- Work with Site Managers to ensure that current Health and Safety regulatory requirements and Company processes are followed.
- Management of site H&S documentation, including site training records, machinery certification, and other required H&S documents.
Weekly scanning and filing of health and safety documentation
Assist with SPAs, permits, and other paperwork for staff. - Attend health and safety meetings on a regular basis.
Continuous improvement is used to meet current ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications. - Ensure that subcontractor safety statements and necessary RAMS are available on-site, and examine subcontractor statements and RAMS, assisting as needed.
To be successful in your application you will ideally possess the following:
- Irish University Degree in Occupational Health & Safety -Level 8 or 7
- Strong communication skills.
- Some Experience is helpful but not necessary.
- Residing in Ireland is a Necessity.
