SSA are currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to be based in Dublin. Our client are an established family business and have become one of Irelands leading Mechanical and Electrical contractors.
Having been in operation for for over 30 years, our client have expanded their work across a range of commercial, residential and industrial style projects. They have been retained by a number of renowned clients and this role would allow the successful candidate to manage landmark projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring H&S standards are met on sites.
- Management of Junior Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foremen, Site staff
- Liaising with MD in order to meet project deadlines and plan resources.
- Manage labour, materials and subcontractors on site.
- Sign off on weekly reports from Senior Site Staff
- Review project cashflows/histogram/P&Ls prepared by CMs/PMs/Site Engineers
- Ensure work is delivered on budget with project team
- Holding regular meetings with Contracts Manager to discuss and monitor progress of each project

Requirements:
- Previous experience with a similar role
- Relevant degree in Mechanical or Building Services engineering
