Our client is an award-winning, medium-sized practice, based in Waterford City, working nationally. They are seeking an experienced Architect to join their team, working on an interesting variety of social housing, educational, health, scientific and commercial projects.
Positioning requirements:
- Over five years Post Qualification Experience with ability to work on a variety of building types;
- Excellent design and technical capability, and knowledge of current statutory compliance procedures – together with site experience;
- Strong detailing and specification ability;
- Experience on Projects using both Public (GCCC) and Private (RIAI) Construction Contracts;
- Excellent Presentation and Computer skills – inclusive of AutoCAD, Adobe Software, BIM (Revit) Software, and NBS Specification Writer;
