SSA Group are seeking a Senior Planner on behalf of a leading Main Contractor in Waterford. This is a new position due to a number of recent project awards within the area.
Excellent salary + package on offer, depending upon experience.
A brief overview of the role:
The role involves the preparation of pre-tender, tender and post-tender submission documentation such as critical path programmes, project execution plans, flow charts and labour histograms. The Senior Planner assists with the production of comprehensive contract programmes and project schedules, along with regular project progress reports and analysis, the preparation of site target and look ahead programmes, as well as reviewing and advising on subcontractor programmes and their incorporation into the Company’s construction programme.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following:
- 5+ years post graduate experience in a planning role within construction
- Degree qualified in related discipline.
- Knowledge of software packages such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project etc.
- Experience in working on large scale construction projects
