SSA Recruitment is partnering with a specialist foundation drilling contractor, part of one of BC's largest construction groups, to hire a Project Coordinator based in Duncan, Vancouver Island.

The company delivers large-diameter foundation drilling, ground improvement and marine work across Western Canada. This is a permanent role for someone who wants to learn a specialist trade and grow into project management.

What you'll do

• Support project managers on foundation drilling and marine projects
• Coordinate equipment, crews and logistics for drill rigs and cranes
• Track safety, quality, cost and schedule, plus daily crew and equipment reports
• Manage project documents: RFIs, submittals, drawings and permits
• Help with procurement, take-offs and bids
• Travel to project sites across BC and Alberta

What you'll bring

• Exposure to geotechnical, foundations, drilling, piling, or cranes and rigging
• A civil or geotechnical diploma or degree is an asset, not essential
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• MS Office; AutoCAD an asset
• Valid driver's licence; happy to travel
• Eager to learn and build a long-term career
