Our client is an established commercial builder with a strong reputation across Brisbane, delivering high-quality fitout and refurbishment projects. With a healthy pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their close-knit team.

This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from commencement through to completion, with project values ranging from $150K to $20M. While the current average project sits around $2M, the company's continued growth is creating opportunities to work on increasingly larger and more complex developments.

You'll enjoy genuine variety in your work, delivering projects across commercial and educational sectors, including schools, tertiary campuses, laboratories, classrooms, theatres, restaurants, and other campus facilities. No two projects are the same.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project programmes, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, procurement, contract administration, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager with a commercial builder.
• Experience delivering commercial fitout and refurbishment projects.
• Strong financial, programming and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A stable employment history demonstrating commitment and performance.
