SSA are currently recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager working for a specialist principle contractor working on rail & civil projects across London & Home Counties. My client are a well-established business who have undertaken work for both Network Rail & LUL and are now looking to expand their team within Central London.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in the planning, delivery and management of works
  • Preparation of site & safety documentation including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Work Package Plans and Task Briefings
  • Management of subcontractors and on-site teams;
  • Production of Estimates and Specifications needed per project;

Essential:

  • Experience working within a Civil Engineering rail environment
  • SMSTS/SSSTS
  • PTS
  • Full Driving licence

The successful candidate MUST have a degree in civil engineering or equivalent or at least 2 years experience working on site. You will also be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and a desire to progress.
