Project Manager £350 per shift London
The Client: The client is a specialist RC Frame and Ground work contractor. They have been a leading subcontractor for the last 50 years in London and merit a lot of respect in the industry. They work on projects up to the value of £8m and have a turnover nearing £25m.
About the Role: The client is seeking an experienced Project Manager from industry, to run a RC Frame/Groundworks project in central London. You must be hands on, have good communicational skills, and you will have a general Foreman reporting into you. You will be in control of the site office, paperwork and safety onsite.
About the requirements: Ideally you will have 5 years + experience as a number one onsite within the RC Frame/Groundworks sector. You will be required to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and have the ability to drive and deliver sites on time. You need to have SMSTS and First Aid as a minimum to be considered for the role.
